What a digital gift card is

It's a code you buy here and redeem at that brand's store. No plastic card, no shipping and no customs: the code is the whole thing.

You pick the brand, the country where it will be redeemed and the amount. It's how you give from far away without guessing a size or a colour: you set the amount and they choose what to take within that brand.

How it works

Three steps and it's bought

  1. Pick the brand and the amount

    Change the country if the card will be used outside the United States, then tap the amount you want. What you pay for it is written under each one.

  2. Pay for the order

    By card, with PayPal or with your balance. A gift card carries no recipient and no delivery address: there is nothing else to fill in.

  3. Copy the code

    As soon as the payment clears, the redeem code shows up on the order page and stays there.

Frequently asked questions

Where and when does the code show up?

On your order page, as soon as the payment clears. If the brand takes a moment to issue it you'll see a notice, and the code appears right there within minutes. It stays saved on the order, so you can come back to it whenever you like.

Why doesn't the price match the card's amount?

The amount is what the person redeeming it gets to spend; the price is what it costs to buy the card and have it issued on the spot. What you see under each amount is exactly what you are charged — nothing is added afterwards.

Is the card for the country I'm in?

No: for the country where it will be redeemed. Pick it based on where the person will shop, not on where you are, because a card from one country cannot be used in another.

Can I give it to someone else?

Yes, though the code arrives on your order and not in that person's inbox: you pass it on however you prefer. Treat it like cash, because whoever holds the code can redeem it.

Do I need an account?

Yes. When you pick an amount we ask you to sign in or create an account, because the order — and the code — are kept under your name. It takes a minute.

Does it expire? And if the code doesn't work?

The terms of use and any expiry are set by each brand and travel with the code. A code that has already been redeemed cannot be recovered; if the issuing fails, the amount goes back to your balance automatically and you can write to us.
